Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for hotel guests. The role involves guest handling, check-in/check-out, reservations, and coordination with hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation

  • Manage reservations and guest records

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams

  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain front office records and billing details

  • Follow hotel policies and service standards



Requirements

Front Office & Guest Services

  • Guest relations & customer service

  • Front desk operations

  • Reservation handling

Hospitality Systems

  • PMS software (Opera / IDS / eZee / Hotelogix)

  • Basic billing & cash handling

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Fluency in English; regional language preferred

Soft Skills

  • Pleasant personality & professional appearance

  • Multitasking & problem-solving

  • Shift flexibility
