We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for hotel guests. The role involves guest handling, check-in/check-out, reservations, and coordination with hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation
Manage reservations and guest records
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams
Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
Maintain front office records and billing details
Follow hotel policies and service standards

Basic billing & cash handling
