Front Office Cum Admin Executive

Skills Required 
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls to the concerning department. Handling enquiries and resolving basic customer issues.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance department for resolving any kind of technical issue.
Receiving, sorting and distributing mails and packages. Filing, photocopying and performing other clerical task, Maintaining records and database.
Assisting with ordering office supplies and managing inventory. Supporting hiring and onboarding process by scheduling interviews and assisting with paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Salary 25-30 In Hand
