What you’ll do…

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.

• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.

• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.

• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.

• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.
