Key skills include the ability to multitask, handle multiple phone calls simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of guest information. Essential qualities include strong communication skills, patience when dealing with difficult situations or demanding clients. This role also requires punctuality as well as physical stamina due in part from standing on your feet throughout most shifts.
