Nesuto Mounts Bay is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead their team.

Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department and Team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities at the front office during each shift.
• Preparing rosters for receptionists in conjunction with Duty Managers
• Controlling the departmental budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring service standards guidelines
