**About the role: Front Office Manager**

The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer service standards, positively resolving issues, and motivating the team.

**What you’ll be doing:**

+ Promoting hotel services, gathering customer feedback, addressing complaints, assisting during peak times, maintaining communication with other departments (like Housekeeping), and preparing work schedules in line with business needs.
+ Collaborate on improving guest service, manage room revenue, oversee departmental financial performance, and lead training initiatives for staff.
+ Upholding health and safety standards, contributing to marketing efforts, and participating in community relations.

**What we're looking for**

+ Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior front office management role within a high-end hotel, resort environment
