Tasks of a Front office operations assistant:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers facing travel or vehicle-related emergencies

  • Evaluate each case and identify the best course of action.

  • Coordinate with external partners such as towing services or medical providers

  • Follow up on cases until full resolution

  • Keep customers informed and reassured throughout the process

  • Handle administrative tasks related to assistance requests


A successful Front Office Operations professional in Insurance should have:


  • Strong communication skills in both English, French and Dutch

  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure

  • Willing to work flexible hours

  • Customer-focused with an people-first approach

  • Experience in contact centers or assistance services is a plus
