Tasks of a Front office operations assistant:
- Answer incoming calls from customers facing travel or vehicle-related emergencies
- Evaluate each case and identify the best course of action.
- Coordinate with external partners such as towing services or medical providers
- Follow up on cases until full resolution
- Keep customers informed and reassured throughout the process
- Handle administrative tasks related to assistance requests
A successful Front Office Operations professional in Insurance should have:
- Strong communication skills in both English, French and Dutch
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Customer-focused with an people-first approach
- Experience in contact centers or assistance services is a plus
