Front Office Receptionist.
Duties:
Support the day-to-day operations and activities of the front office offering upscaled guest serviceGreet and welcome guests upon their arrivalAccurately complete assigned duties such as check-ins, check-outs, email, and phone handlingAddress issues and concerns in a timely and guest-satisfying mannerManage the front office by ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and standardsRequirements:
Experience of at least 2 years as a Front Office Receptionist in 4/5-star hotelsDegree/Diploma in Hospitality/TourismSpoken and written fluency in English (additional language knowledge will be considered an asset)Computer literateKnowledge of hotel software is a plusSuperior customer service and communication skillsHigh sense of discretion and attentiveness with hotel guestsTeam spirit, professionalism, and reliabilityStrong organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skillsBenefits:
