🖋️You will bereporting to: Hotel Management team
Your work will include:
The Front Office & Revenue Managerwill act as a strategic partner in both revenue optimization and front officeleadership, contributing to the hotel’s overall performance and guestsatisfaction.
More specifically:
Managing pricing, availability, bookings, andinquiries across OTA platformsDesigning, implementing, and monitoringpricing strategiesDaily, monthly, and annual forecasting andbudgetingMonitoring and analyzing key performanceindicators Conducting market and competitor rate analysisApplying yield management and demand-drivenpricing techniquesEnsuring exceptional guest service standardsat all touchpointsOverseeing all front desk operations(check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, etc.)Recruiting, training, supervising, andmentoring the Front Office teamPreparing weekly and monthly staff schedulesin compliance with Greek Labor LawProactively managing guest complaints andspecial requestsCoordinating contracts and operations forevents hosted at the hotelEnsuring compliance with internal policies,security procedures, and brand standardsEnsuring GDPR compliance in all guest datahandling processesΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα:
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree inTourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field2–3 years of provenexperience in a similar roleExcellent command ofthe English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)Advanced user ofWindows and MS Office applicationsStrong expertise inOTA platforms and channel management systemsSolid understandingof revenue management principles and best practicesStrong communicationand interpersonal skillsResults-driven,adaptable, and highly organized professionalLeadership mindsetwith a strong coaching and people-development approachΠαροχές:
