ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client,awell-established hotel in Athens, is looking for a Front Office & RevenueManager.

📌Location: Athens

🖋️You will bereporting to: Hotel Management team

Your work will include:

The Front Office & Revenue Managerwill act as a strategic partner in both revenue optimization and front officeleadership, contributing to the hotel’s overall performance and guestsatisfaction.

More specifically:

  • Managing pricing, availability, bookings, andinquiries across OTA platforms
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoringpricing strategies
  • Daily, monthly, and annual forecasting andbudgeting
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performanceindicators
  • Conducting market and competitor rate analysis
  • Applying yield management and demand-drivenpricing techniques
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service standardsat all touchpoints
  • Overseeing all front desk operations(check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, etc.)
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, andmentoring the Front Office team
  • Preparing weekly and monthly staff schedulesin compliance with Greek Labor Law
  • Proactively managing guest complaints andspecial requests
  • Coordinating contracts and operations forevents hosted at the hotel
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies,security procedures, and brand standards
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance in all guest datahandling processes

    What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree inTourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of provenexperience in a similar role
  • Excellent command ofthe English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Advanced user ofWindows and MS Office applications
  • Strong expertise inOTA platforms and channel management systems
  • Solid understandingof revenue management principles and best practices
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven,adaptable, and highly organized professional
  • Leadership mindsetwith a strong coaching and people-development approach
