Job Description - Front Sales Senior Executive | US Market
- Identify, develop, acquire new clients in US Market independently.
- Solution-centric approach but also experienced in Staff Augmentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Drive end-to-end business development including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Develop sales strategies, targeted account penetration plans, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- History of achieving Annual Revenue Targets for last 3-4 Years, especially US Market.
