Job Description

The position of Front Desk consists of being the connection between Encora's personnel and visitors, vendors and providers throughout the day, as well as coordinating, organizing and supporting during other teams' activities.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
**Access control**:
- Attention to visitors.
- Telephone service.
- Mail and package reception and delivery.
- Access control, both for visitors and for personnel (to keep detailed records of all access activity).
- Coordinate with the IT staff for Encorians visiting from other locations.
**Engagement activities**:
- Design and projection of welcome message for clients visiting and newcomers.
- Inventory and delivery of birthday gifts for Encorians.
- Inventory and delivery of swag for personnel.
- Car wash service coordination.
**Support and Collaboration in administrative tasks**:
- Maintenance ticketing follow up.
