1. Role Overview


We are hiring an experienced Frontend Developer skilled in React.js to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces. The candidate will work with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver elegant digital experiences.



2. Key Responsibilities


A. Frontend Development




  • Develop modular and reusable UI components using React.js.




  • Convert Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into responsive UIs.




  • Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.




B. Performance & Optimization




  • Optimize page rendering, bundle size, and runtime performance.




  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG standards).




  • Handle API integrations using REST or GraphQL.




C. Code Quality & Collaboration




  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.




  • Collaborate closely with backend and design teams.




D. Deployment & Tooling




  • Work with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.




  • Deploy frontend builds to cloud platforms (Netlify, Vercel, AWS S3).




  • Utilize Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.





3. Qualifications


Required Skills




  • Strong React.js fundamentals (Hooks, Components, Lifecycle).




  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.




  • Experience with API consumption and UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra).




Preferred Skills




  • Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG.




  • Knowledge of UI animations (Framer Motion or GSAP).





4. Salary Range




  • 4 LPA – 14 LPA depending on experience.
