Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain user-facing features while ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. Day-to-day tasks include translating UI/UX designs into reusable, efficient front-end code, troubleshooting and debugging, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall product experience. The developer will ensure adherence to best practices in web development and maintain consistency across platforms and browsers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Proficiency in Web Development, including strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of Software Development principles and practices
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

What You will do

• Build and maintain user-facing product features using React + TypeScript + NextJS
• Translate workflows into intuitive UI (tables, forms, approval flows, dashboards)
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to define APIs and UX patterns
• Improve performance, accessibility, and overall UI quality
• Write maintainable components, tests, and documentation
• Own features end-to-end—from spec to release to iteration

What are we looking for

• 4–6+ years building modern web apps with React
• Strong TypeScript , component architecture, state management
• Experience with UI systems/design tokens (Tailwind, HeroUI , Storybook, etc.)
• Solid understanding of browser performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments
• Bonus: B2B SaaS, workflow products, data-heavy UI, charts, permissions/roles

Nice to have

• AI Powered Development - Using Cursor, Claude, Codex Experience
• Experience integrating LLM/AI features into UI (prompting, review flows)
• Familiarity with testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
