Role: Service Now Developer
Experience: 4+ years ( mandatory – exclusive Service Now development experience )
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite(5 Days office)
Type: (Contract - 6 Months)

Only Immediate or Candidates Serving Notice Period — no out-of- Karnataka profiles will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the Service Now platform
Work on core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
Develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies & UI Actions
Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Handle system administration, ACLs, upgrades, patches, and monitoring
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Service Now development experience (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML
Glide Record, Glide Ajax, g_scratchpad
REST & SOAP integrations
Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
Certifications (Preferred):
Service Now CSA (Highly preferred)
CAD or CIS (Plus)
