Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Front-End Developer with strong experience in Webflow, Framer, and CMS-based development to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical execution with a strong eye for design and usability. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality marketing websites and CMS-driven pages, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver fast, responsive, and scalable web experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain websites using Webflow and Framer
  • Develop and manage CMS-driven pages and dynamic content structures
  • Translate Figma or design files into pixel-perfect, responsive websites
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility
  • Implement animations and interactions using native Webflow/Framer capabilities
  • Maintain consistency across design systems and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • Perform ongoing updates, improvements, and maintenance of existing sites
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Front-End Developer or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and Framer
  • Solid understanding of CMS architecture, collections, and dynamic content
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
  • Fluent communication skills in English

  • Experience working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
