React.js Frontend Developer – Trading Platforms

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced React.js Frontend Developer with strong exposure to trading platforms and real-time financial systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance, low-latency user interfaces for market-driven applications and a solid understanding of trading workflows, market data, and real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance React.js applications for trading and financial platforms.
• Build real-time, data-intensive user interfaces using WebSockets and streaming APIs.
• Implement and manage application state for live trading data using Redux, MobX, or similar frameworks .
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and real-time data feeds .
• Optimize UI performance for high-frequency updates, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
• Develop intuitive, data-dense dashboards tailored for traders and operations teams.
• Work closely with product managers, traders, and engineers to translate trading requirements into functional UI components.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements relevant to financial systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript .
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux (Thunk/Saga) or MobX.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time data streaming .
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and data-driven UI development.
• Experience optimizing performance for high-frequency, real-time applications .
• Proficiency in modern styling techniques (CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Sass).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .

Trading & Financial Domain Experience (Mandatory)

• Prior experience working on trading platforms, OMS/EMS, or market data-driven applications .
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle , market data feeds, bid/ask pricing, and order books.
• Familiarity with P&L, portfolio exposure, risk metrics , and real-time financial dashboards.
• Exposure to equities, derivatives, FX, or crypto markets is a plus.
• Awareness of financial compliance, audit trails, and data security standards.
