  • Platform & Architecture Leadership Define organization-wide frontend architecture, module boundaries, and evolution paths for Angular, React, and TypeScript. Own strategy for monorepos (Nx), micro-frontends (Module Federation), SSR/SSG (Next.js, Angular Universal), and design systems.
  • Tooling & Developer Experience (DX) Standardize build/test/release pipelines (Vite/SWC/ESBuild, incremental builds, preview apps). Curate dependency strategy, security scanning, and versioning policy across repos.
  • Cross-Functional Influence Partner with Product/Design to align design tokens, theming, and component APIs with UX goals. Lead technical due diligence, vendor selection, and cost/performance trade-offs for frontend hosting/CDN.
  • Mentorship & Governance Mentor senior engineers; run architecture reviews; publish RFCs and playbooks. Drive hiring, leveling rubrics, and succession planning for frontend talent.
  • QualificationsQualifications

    Required Skills & Experience

  • TypeScript: 8+ years; expert-level typings, API ergonomics, multi-repo contracts.
  • Angular & React: 7–+ years combined; deep knowledge of change detection, RxJS, rendering, concurrency/Suspense.
  • Architecture: SSR/SSG/ISR patterns, micro-frontends, module federation, design systems at scale.
  • Performance & Ay: Proven track record improving LCP/CLS/INP, accessibility audits, and remediations.
  • Observability & Reliability: RUM dashboards, tracing, synthetic monitoring; define SLOs and error budgets.
  • Security: CSP, subresource integrity, dependency governance, secret management in FE pipelines.
  • Tooling & CI/CD: Nx, Vite/Webpack, SWC/ESBuild, Storybook, visual regression (Chromatic/Applitools), advanced caching (PNPM/Nx Cloud).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running design system programs (tokens, Figma pipelines, multi-brand theming).
  • Edge rendering & CDN strategy (CloudFront, Akamai, Netlify/Vercel) and asset pipelines.
  • A/B testing & experimentation platforms; analytics governance.
