What we do

Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. 1.Understand product requirements and brainstorm ways to address them

2.Build features from scratch and have complete ownership for it

What you’ll do:

At Lucidity, Front-end Engineers play a vital role in developing user interfaces and ensuring seamless interactions with cloud-based applications and services. Their responsibilities extend beyond creating visually appealing interfaces to integrating with cloud services and technologies.

What you’ll need

Must Haves :

• Strong expertise in modern web technologies: JavaScript (ES Next), HTML5, CSS/Sass,
• Experience in creating web frameworks: ReactJS.
• Experience with REST API development and integration with back-end systems.
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in contributing to architecture, design, and product implementation.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in working within Agile teams.
• Skilled in developing responsive applications with robust architecture and UI design.
• Ability to write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests, along with creating testable components.
• Knowledgeable about best coding practices and adept at maintaining documentation.

Good to have

• Collaborative mindset to work with infrastructure and DevOps teams for optimising deployment and hosting in cloud environments
• Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with building automation scripts to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.

Additional

• Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent
• Contribution to open-source development projects
• A self-starter and able to perform with minimal direction
