About the Role

We are seeking a React Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance frontend applications. The role requires a deep understanding of React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering practices, along with the ability to work closely with backend systems and international clients.

Technical Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable, and performant React components using React.js and TypeScript.

* Implement responsive UI using modern CSS frameworks and component libraries.

* Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.

* Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and handle async data flows effectively.

* Optimize rendering performance using techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.

* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following frontend best practices.

* Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions.

* Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

* Assist in technical discussions with international clients, including requirement analysis and solution explanation.

* Support deployment and build processes using modern frontend toolchains.

Required Technical Skills

* 2–3 years of professional experience with React.js.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

* Solid understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming concepts.

* Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.

* Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs and handling authentication and authorization.

* Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers (npm/yarn).

* Experience with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.

* Knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and browser developer tools.

Nice to Have

* Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks.

* Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or unit testing practices.

* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

* Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.

Eligibility & Preferences

* Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech (CS) / B.Sc. IT

* Willingness to relocate to Surat, Gujarat

* Comfortable working in shifts based on project requirements

* Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
