Job Description
About Us
Founded in 2019, Stride Ventures is India’s fastest credit investor to deploy $1 billion and the most active startup investor in the country - now scaling rapidly across global private market strategies.
We partner with founders and investors to create non-dilutive financing structures that help growth-stage startups scale responsibly and sustainably.
Headquartered in India, with a growing presence across the GCC, the UK, and Southeast Asia, Stride is building a global platform spanning new markets and capital strategies - extending its reach across asset classes, and shaping the future architecture of private markets that is technology-driven and deeply aligned with the ambitions of founders and investors.
The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can bring complex financial data and AI-driven insights to life. You’ll work closely with backend, product, and ML teams to build intuitive, responsive user experiences that power the venture debt lifecycle — from origination to covenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modular, high-performance frontend applications using React.js / Next.js / Type Script.
- Architect reusable UI components and data visualization layers across modules like deal origination, due diligence, loan management, repayments, and portfolio analytics.
- Build real-time, responsive dashboards that consume APIs and workflow automation data from backend microservices.
- Integrate AI-assisted UI components (e.g., natural language search, document summarization, insight recommendations) using Lang Chain, LLM APIs, and RAG-based workflows.
- Implement secure and compliant UI flows aligned with BFSI standards (KYC, audit trails, DLP).
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, optimize data loading, and ensure smooth integration with microservices and AI pipelines.
- Work closely with ML engineers to embed NLP-based and semantic search features on frontends.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and scalability across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops to manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments (Docker, Git Lab, Kubernetes).
- Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and agile sprint planning.
Ideal Qualifications
- B. E./B. Tech./M. Tech in Computer Science or related discipline from Tier I/II institute.
- 2–4 years of frontend engineering experience, preferably in fintech or Saa S products.
- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, and component-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, ECharts) and UI frameworks (Tailwind, MUI).
- Strong understanding of REST/Graph QL APIs, event-driven integrations, and working with microservice-based backends.
- Familiarity with web security, OAuth integrations, and role-based access control.
- Exposure to AI-driven interfaces, LLM integration, or LLM-based search (RAG, vector databases) is a major plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Interest in BFSI products, data-rich UIs, and improving financial system transparency.
