Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams of React developers Experience in defining and implementing frontend development processes and best practices Expertise in advanced React.js concepts like server-side rendering, performance optimization, etc. Experience in integrating frontend with backend technologies like Node.js, GraphQL, etc. Proficiency in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices
