Job Profile: Frontend Engineer / UI UX Developer


Eligibility:


  • 1-5 years of frontend / UI development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high performance web / mobile applications


    • Skills:


  • Strong, hands on experience in developing rich web applications




  • Strong command over HTML, JavaScript and CSS.




  • Familiar with responsive layouts and cross-browser/cross-device support




  • Exposed to test driven development




  • Experience in writing clean modular code




  • Knowledge of UI design patterns and practices




  • Upto date with latest web standards and practices




  • Command over one or more of these is a bonus:



  • Bootstrap Framework (or Semantic or Foundation)




  • JQuery




  • LESS / SASS




  • EJS / Handlebars




  • Backbone / AngularJS




  • Android / iOS mobile platforms


    • Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Work with product managers and designers and collaboratively own the front-end layer of Qyk’s web and mobile products




  • Specialize in building responsive and elegant UIs with HTML, JS, CSS and similar technologies




  • Create fully-functional, production-ready prototypes to be plugged-in directly to various web-services / backend




  • Responsible for reviewing, analysing and familiarizing himself / herself with the latest UI frameworks and practices in the industry




  • Collaborate with back-end engineers, understand platforms (NodeJS, Android, iOS, Phonegap) & hand off front-end code for implementation




  • Work on advanced front end technologies and deal with ultimate challenges on performance and portability

    Job Type: Full-time permanent position with day shift
