As a Frontend Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and visually appealing web applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. This role requires strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux for state management, and Material UI (MUI) for building consistent and reusable UI components. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions and help maintain frontend best practices across projects

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS
• Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux and related middleware
• Build reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components using Material UI (MUI)
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and product requirements into clean, functional code
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented frontend code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
• Contribute to improving frontend architecture, tooling, and development standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend web development
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization
• Solid experience with Redux for managing complex application state
• Proficiency in Material UI (MUI) for building consistent, accessible, and scalable UI designs
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and improvement
