Frontline Customer Service Officer

P-Serv is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Frontline Service Officers. Be the friendly face of Singapore's transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Company transport provided Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station (Tuas Location)
• With attractive Allowances + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
