We are seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Dubai.

  • Responsible for managing a customer through the complete implementation and deployment process of a property management system, coordinating multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain strong supporting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels ensuring effective information exchange.
  • Evaluate and ensure accurate completion of all necessary review of configuration documents successfully initiating cutover and balancing inventory for installations. Escalate as needed to relevant teams.
