  • Do you have a background in business or supply chain management and a solid understanding of delivery processes and shipping terminology?
  • Are you familiar with logistics contracts, regulations, and documentation to ensure smooth and compliant operations?
  • Do you have strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools and ERP systems?
  • Do you bring at least three years of experience in logistics management or similar activities, coordinating deliveries and ensuring efficient material flow?

    As a Frontline Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the transportation of materials from the Distribution Center to the Frontline, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to project sites. You will also manage customs and broker-related information to guarantee smooth and compliant logistics operations.

    In this role, you’ll plan and order material deliveries from local warehouses to sites, coordinating logistics execution with outsourced providers when applicable. You’ll oversee the consolidation of local materials, schedule the delivery of installation tools, and arrange transportation or additional logistics services as needed.

    You will also be responsible for reviewing and clarifying any discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accurate cost allocation to the appropriate categories and projects.

    Your work will be key to maintaining a seamless material flow that supports on-time project execution and operational efficiency.
