At MacIntyre, we support people to live gloriously ordinary lives lives that make sense to them. We’re now looking for a Frontline Manager to lead a brand new supported living home in Wrexham, opening its doors to four people moving into their own homes for the first time.

This newly awarded home offers a rare opportunity to shape something from the very beginning, building the right culture, practice and relationships from day one.

About the role

You’ll lead and inspire a newly recruited team supporting four gentlemen in their own self-contained flats, using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach that focuses on enablement, independence and quality of life.
