Job Description

As a F&B Server, you will be the face of our hotel's dining experience. You will provide exceptional customer service in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

You will be responsible for clearing and setting up tables, anticipating guests' needs by following established service behavior standards. Additionally, you will endeavour to resolve all complaints during your shift and log any issues for further follow-up.
