About the job Frozen Fun is a premium gelato brand operating in Delhi-NCR & Mumbai with 13 outlets and an online presence across major platforms. We are looking to hire a Head Barista who can drive coffee sales at our outlets and train and audit the staff regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, and specialty drinks
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and prep areas
• Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness and cleanliness of the café
• Train, support, and guide junior staff and new hires in beverage preparation and customer handling
