FrozenFun-: General Manager- Operations

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and store-level staff

● Oversee day-to-day operations across all retail outlets/stores and manufacturing units

● Implement SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across locations.

● Drive efficiencies in supply chain, cold storage handling, and product flow.

● Ensure top-notch customer experience and store-level execution.

● Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.

● Collaborate with store managers to ensure adherence to brand and hygiene standards.

● Manage the supply of Moder Trade and dark stores partners

● Ensure minimal wastage, pilferage, and quality deterioration during transit and storage.

● Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

● Support expansion plans for new store openings, process automation, and vendor development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B operations, with strong knowledge of retail store/outlet management

● Experience with cold chain logistics and ice cream or frozen product categories is highly desirable.

● Proven ability to handle multi-location operations and large teams.

● Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Technology, or related field preferred
