Key Responsibilities

Operational Tasks and Process Management

• Process work items within agreed service levels accurately

• Perform same-day quality checks on all work items and report any errors

• Maintain accurate records of checks and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

• Take ownership of individual issues to ensure they are resolved to customer satisfaction

• Participate in testing prior to any system changes

Project and Initiative Support

• Complete assigned projects and contribute to team initiatives

• Liaise with other departments across sites to ensure seamless operations

• Review and update process documents independently

• Drive innovation and improvements within the team

Training and Knowledge Management

• Conduct training for team members on critical tasks
