Job Description
- Gain a detailed understanding of processes and Fidelity's products and services.
- Conduct trainings, drive initiatives, and participate in projects.
- Maintain team MI, perform quality checks, and keep accurate records.
- Process work items within agreed service levels with high accuracy.
- Take ownership of individual issues and ensure timely resolution to customer satisfaction.
- Complete assigned projects, including testing prior to system changes.
- Liaise with other departments across sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Gain regulatory knowledge and maintain awareness of updated procedures.
- Train team members on critical tasks and independently review/update process documents.
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the team.
