Verantwortung für den Glasfaserausbau in den übertragenen Projekten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der technischen und finanziellen Rahmenbedingungen von Glasfaserprojekten Koordination und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Ausbaupartnern und unserem technischen Büro im Rahmen des Projektmanagements zum Ausbau der Glasfasernetze unserer Kunden Analyse potenzieller Probleme und Herausforderungen im FTTH-Glasfaserausbauprozess, um die planmäßige Umsetzung der Bauprogramme sicherzustellen Pflege der Beziehungen zu regionalen und lokalen Behörden, um Projektrisiken zu minimieren Verständnis der technischen Anforderungen des Ingenieurteams und Sicherstellung deren Erfüllung bei abgeschlossenen Projekten Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerktechnik/Elektrotechnik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Solide Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche Nachgewiesene technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Bau, Recht und Normung, Netzdesign Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel. Erfahrung mit Netzwerktools wie Workflow, Mapping usw. Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz, hohe Proaktivität und Überzeugungskraft Praktische Denkweise, um auch in Stresssituationen präzise Ergebnisse zu liefern Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich) Responsibility for fibre optic expansion in the assigned projects Ensuring compliance with the technical and financial framework conditions of fibre optic projects Coordination and management of the cooperation with the expansion partners and our technical office within the framework of project management for the expansion of our client’s fibre optic networks Analysis of potential problems and challenges in the FTTH fibre optic expansion process to ensure the scheduled implementation of the construction programs Maintaining relationships with regional and local authorities to minimize project risks Understanding the engineering team’s technical requirements and ensuring they are met on completed projects A completed degree with a focus on network technology/electrical engineering or a successfully completed technical vocational training with relevant professional experience Solid knowledge of project management Several years of experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications industry Proven technical knowledge in the field of construction, law and standardization, network design Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with network tools such as workflow, mapping, etc. Strong planning and decision-making skills, high proactivity and persuasiveness Practical mindset to deliver precise results even in stressful situations Good communication skills in German and English (oral and written)
