主要职责:

  • 欢迎并引导顾客入座,介绍菜单及推荐特色菜品
  • 接受顾客点餐,确保准确传达厨房及吧台
  • 及时上菜,关注顾客用餐体验,提供优质服务
  • 维持用餐区的整洁和卫生
  • 处理顾客的基本咨询和投诉,确保顾客满意
  • 协助餐厅日常运营及其他临时安排工作
  • 遵守食品安全和卫生规范

职位要求:

  • 有餐饮服务经验者优先
  • 良好的沟通能力及服务意识
  • 具备团队合作精神,态度积极
  • 能适应快节奏工作环境
  • 能接受轮班制,包括周末及节假日工作

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers, introduce the menu, and recommend signature dishes

  • Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
