主要职责:
- 欢迎并引导顾客入座,介绍菜单及推荐特色菜品
- 接受顾客点餐,确保准确传达厨房及吧台
- 及时上菜,关注顾客用餐体验,提供优质服务
- 维持用餐区的整洁和卫生
- 处理顾客的基本咨询和投诉,确保顾客满意
- 协助餐厅日常运营及其他临时安排工作
- 遵守食品安全和卫生规范
职位要求:
- 有餐饮服务经验者优先
- 良好的沟通能力及服务意识
- 具备团队合作精神,态度积极
- 能适应快节奏工作环境
- 能接受轮班制,包括周末及节假日工作
