.* Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing records* Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these records* Public acquisition of records from one or more sources* Maintain, update and terminate orders through Order Maintenance* Maintain and update both internal and client databases* Process and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillment* Verify order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools* Perform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering * Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any field* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational and workflow management skills* Research background with high attention to details* Experience in performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques preferred but not required* Excellent multitasking skills* Proficient in keyboard and MS Tools, specifical...
