Fulfillment Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately following company standards.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
• Ensure orders dispatched on time to meet delivery deadlines.
• Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Organize inventory to optimize workflow and accessibility.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order or product issues.
• Communicate clearly regarding delays, damages, or inventory problems.
• Assist with returns processing and restocking.

Qualifications:

• High school graduates or fresh college graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
