Fulfillment Technician Questionnaire:
1) Are you able to work the required hours (see below)?
" Training Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
" Starting Shift (after training): will let tech know once training is complete what shift they will start on.
" OT is offered depending on workload, sometimes mandated depending on workload.
2) This position is 100% onsite. Are you able to work onsite 100% of the time?
3) All candidates
a. Should be an Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
b. Should be certified through NHA or PTCB
c. Can show proof that they their Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and Certification.
d. NEVER had a license, but able to apply on their 1st day of training.
