Job Description

The Fulfillment Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehousing and fulfilment operations in their respective facilities. This includes management of manpower (Supervisors, Team Leaders. Sorters, Aides), management of the facility (5S), adherence to processes and reporting on performance metrics for warehouse operations.

The WH Manager shall report directly to the Deputy Head for Fulfillment Operations. He/she shall be fully accountable for all Warehouse operations and Fulfillment performance metrics.

Main Duties

  1. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

  2. Complies with national, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
