The resource will be the first ST contact for our customers. She/He will manage all communications externally to customers and internally to our planning team, logistics and Sales&Marketing.

Main responsibilities:

The resource will be responsible of orders, orders entry and order confirmation/improvements and in case of allocations he/she will follow up the execution

Profile

Who are we looking for:

 A Good Analytic attitude is needed.

Good communication skills, flexibility and problem solving are needed to meet customer's request and ST's targets.

Ability to work under stress conditions, by priority and ability to work in team and even in autonomy is highly requested.

Good Excel Management and Power BI knowledge

- English mandatory, Business fluent + French Preferred

The internship will be based in our Cornaredo site.
