At Stoke, we are revolutionizing the way we handle customer service and the customer journey. As a Customer Journey & OTA Lead, you will be responsible for owning and continuously improving the full guest experience from first interaction to post-trip follow-ups.

This role acts as a bridge between what guests promise online and their actual experience on the ground. You will identify friction points, analyze patterns in guest feedback, and proactively implement improvements that increase satisfaction and drive stronger reviews.
