About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Blockchain Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable blockchain-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will work across smart contracts, backend services, and frontend interfaces, and collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Design, develop, and maintain full stack blockchain applications (WebApp /
• DApp).
• ● Develop and deploy smart contracts and integrate them with frontend and backend systems.
• ● Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• ● Develop backend services and APIs to support blockchain interactions.
• ● Integrate wallets, blockchain RPCs, and on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• ● Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• ● Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
• ● Collaborate with DevOps teams to support deployment and monitoring workflows.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• ● 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• ● Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• ● Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.Js, or similar.
• ● Experience building backend services using Node.Js (or similar).
• ● Hands-on experience with blockchain development, including:
• ○ Smart contracts (Solidity)
• ○ Web3 libraries (ethers.Js, web3.Js, etc.)
• ○ Wallet integrations and transaction flows
• ● Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• ● Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• ● Strong understanding of security best practices, especially in blockchain applications.
• Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
• ● Understanding of containerization using Docker.
• ● Exposure to Kubernetes or managed container platforms.
• ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• ● Familiarity with Ethereum node infrastructure, RPC providers, or indexing services.
• ● Prior experience working with DeFi, staking, or Web3 infrastructure projects.
• ● Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
