Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing Technology team at Mercer. This position will be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a pivotal member of our globally distributed team, you will contribute to an enterprise-wide distributed system that serves users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug both new and existing software applications, primarily utilizing ETL technologies and databases (including both relational and NoSQL)
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring meticulous attention to accuracy and detail in all deliverables
