Job Description: 

1. Candidate should have 3 - 6 years of total experience in Software Development and building next generation software solutions.2. Worked as micro-services Spring Boot and React developer 3. Expected to have 2+ years of working knowledge in JDK 8+, JAXRS, Spring Boot, Spring Data, hibernate, Mybatis, PostgreSQL, Junit5, Spring Contract Test 4. Preferably to have 2+ years of working knowledge in React, Recoil and ES6. Preferably has an understanding of the fundamentals of web development, including HTML, vanilla JavaScript & CSS standards. Preferably worked in micro-front end frameworks and GraphQL. 5. Expertise and experience in agile requirements and development methodology and its processes (backlogs, user stories, grooming) 6. Preferably worked in automated dev environments and experience in using CICD build tools like Apache Maven, Webpack 7. Knowledge of design patterns and ability for low level design 8. Has automated unit test cases and integration test cases 9. Preferably has previous experience in product development and its coding practices 10. Has good exposure on tools and methods including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, etc. 11. Able to understand business requirements and solutions and the big picture in which the user story resides 12. Behavioural: Abides by the IBS ethos and ethics policies. Should have very good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with team members cordially and with multiple teams like customer, project management and testing teams.
