Full Stack Developer

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Foster close collaboration with the CEO, marketing department, and product development team.
- Engage with the product design team to co-create an innovative recruitment technology platform.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to advance the development of a SaaS recruitment platform.
- Lead the design and development of the platform's frontend, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
- Take charge of creating and managing the backend of the platform, focusing on both performance and scalability.
- Play an active role in planning and executing infrastructure strategies within AWS.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Creation of dynamic user interfaces with React.js.
- Design and management of non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL).
- Bonus if experienced in implementing and managing AWS infrastructure.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Knowledge of project management platforms such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.
**Soft Skills**:
- Proactive with a constant desire for training and improvement in development and new technologies.
- Oriented towards agile methodologies (SCRUM) with great adaptability.
- Ability to self-manage projects and delivery times.

- Ability to explain and justify development decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with the Django framework.
- Experience in React.js.
- Competency in non-relational databases, specifically MongoDB.
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure is a plus.
