We built a talent intelligence platform that tells recruiters when someone at a competitor is poachable. Contact info from multiple APIs. Speed to outreach. The MVP is live with the current selected pilots. Phase two is scoped. We need someone who can architect it, ship it, and own the technical decisions.

Current stack: , React, , Supabase, Vercel, AWS.
We're integrated with APIs, contact enrichment providers, and people data sources.
The B2B backend you'll be building needs to handle:
API orchestration across multiple third-party sources with different rate limits and response formats
Webhook management for real-time candidate signal ingestion
Data normalization and deduplication at scale
The backend needs to be secure, maintainable, and scalable enough that we're not refactoring core logic in six months because we optimized for the wrong constraints.
