Full Stack Developer I

Role: Full Stack Developer I Work Mode: Work From Office As a Full Stack Developer I, you will focus on executing well-defined tasks, learning modern full stack systems, and owning small to medium features under guidance from senior engineers. You will contribute to building web applications that manage, monitor, and interface with our robots, while growing your skills across frontend, backend, and cloud technologies. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, learning from experienced mentors, and delivering reliable, maintainable software in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Full Stack Application Development (Execution-Focused) Implement frontend features, backend APIs, and database interactions based on designs created by senior engineers. Build reusable UI components, hooks, services, and APIs with a focus on correctness, readability, and testability. Own small to medium features or modules from development to deployment, under guidance. Consume APIs, manage async data flows, and integrate real-time updates into the UI. 2. System Design & Architecture (Learning-Oriented) Work with senior engineers to understand system architecture, microservices, and data flow. Assist in implementing APIs, services, and schemas designed by the team. Gain exposure to real-time communication patterns (WebSockets,Socket.IO, telemetry pipelines) without leading design decisions. Understand secure communication practices using HTTPS and TLS. 3. Technical Collaboration & Growth Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality and design skills. Seek guidance on technical challenges and progressively take more ownership. Learn best practices in software design, testing, performance, and deployment. 4. DevOps, CI/CD & Cloud (Guided Exposure) Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployments under guidance from senior engineers and DevOps. Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) in a supported manner. Help implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for the services you work on. 5. Testing & Quality Assurance Write unit, integration, and basic end-to-end tests for features you own. Ensure your code meets quality standards before release. Learn performance profiling and automated testing techniques over time. 6. Best Practices & Skill Development Follow established Git workflows, branching strategies, and documentation standards. Apply best practices around accessibility, security, and performance. Stay curious about new tools and patterns (SSR/SSG, Edge APIs), focusing on understanding fundamentals first. 7. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, robotics engineers, and QA to implement clearly defined requirements. Translate requirements into technical solutions with support from senior team members. 8. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Write and maintain documentation for features and modules you work on. Share learnings and insights during team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements Required Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. Experience: 13 years of full stack development experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills. Core Technical Skills Frontend: React ecosystem, TanStack Suite (React Query, Router, Table), component-based architecture, TypeScript. Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication/authorization, modern runtimes like Bun, lightweight frameworks like Hono. Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB) Testing: Vitest, Jest, Playwright/Cypress, integration suites, contract testing. Monorepo & Tooling: Turborepo or similar, module federation, caching strategies (Optional). DevOps: Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, GitOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.), infra-as-code (Optional). Familiarity with robotics, IoT, or real-time systems is a plus. Bonus Skills Experience integrating with real-time robotic systems or IoT devices. Contributions to open source or developer tooling projects.
