Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer turns concepts into reliable, user-friendly software products. He/She works across backend and frontend, collaborates closely with stakeholders, and helps build and evolve our internal web applications with a strong focus on quality, security, and maintainability. Our teams collaborate closely across Germany and the Philippines, where working and communication styles can differ. We aim to be mindful of these differences, and we value people who communicate openly and constructively, helping to prevent misunderstandings and strengthen collaboration.

REPORTING STUCTURE

• Functionally reports to the Manager, IT Development – PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG
• Administratively reports to the Business Transformation Manager – Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp.
