Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive websites and web
applications
 Build scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs to support web
applications
 Implement component-based frontend architectures with a strong focus on
UX, performance, and accessibility
 Work with modern web stacks including SPA frameworks, headless CMS, and
API-first designs
 Develop and deploy cloud-hosted applications using managed services on
Azure, AWS, or GCP
 Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and cloud
deployments
 Use AI-powered IDEs and developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT-
based coding assistants) to improve coding efficiency, quality, and
development velocity

 Apply secure-by-design principles including authentication, authorization, and
data protection
 Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud
environments
 Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, architects, and other
engineers
 Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement of frontend
and backend codebases
 Stay current with modern web technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted
development practices
Eligibility Requirements
 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full stack web application development
 Strong experience building modern websites and web applications
 Advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular,
or Vue
 Solid backend experience using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python
 Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive
design
 Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
 Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
 Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
 Hands-on experience using AI-powered IDEs or coding assistants
 Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
