Full Stack Developer | React, Node, .NET | 6-Month Contract | Major Financial Services

About the Role
We’re working with a major Australian financial organisation on several high-impact digital projects. We are hiring two Full Stack Developers (one Senior, one Mid-level) to join an established engineering squad delivering modern, cloud-native solutions.

Key Skills (Must Have)

  • React, Next.js

  • Node.js, Typescript

  • C# / .NET

  • Microservices & Web APIs (C#, .NET or Node)

  • Event-based architecture (Kafka or similar)

  • Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, AWS NoSQL

  • AWS cloud-native services

  • DevOps

Nice to Have

  • Test automation (unit, integration, E2E)

  • Generative AI coding tools (CoPilot, Claude Code, RooCode, Cline)

  • Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, Observe)

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or banking environments

About You

  • Strong communication and able to work with cross-functional squads

  • Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable

  • Home mortgage or home lending experience domain experiences is highly desirable

Contract Details

  • 6-month contract

  • Hybrid (2 days onsite)
