Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain high-performance front-end interfaces and scalable backend APIs that power real-time, AI-enhanced, and healthcare-critical workflows.

This role requires strong expertise across both React and Node.js , comfort working with AI development tools, and a keen interest in building production-grade healthcare applications. Must be willing to work in hybrid mode.

What You’ll Bring

Core Front-End Skills

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML5
  • Expert knowledge of React.js and related tools: Hooks, Context API, component-based architecture State management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
  • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR)
  • Styling expertise using Tailwind CSS, SASS, or styled-components Ability to implement responsive UIs from Figma design specifications Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) including caching strategies and offline support Working knowledge of WebRTC and real-time WebSocket-based interactions

    Core Back-End Skills

    Advanced experience with Node.js and Express.js Strong working knowledge of Sequelize ORM and MySQL for data modeling and performance tuning Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch for advanced search capabilities Proficiency with Redis and RabbitMQ and AWS SQS for caching and async queues Experience building and optimizing REST APIs with proper security and rate-limiting Experience with AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and SQS/SNS

    AI-First Development Practices

  • As part of an AI-native development team, you will regularly work with AI-powered features, APIs, and tools across the full stack.

    Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and AI workflows Understanding of prompt design, token management, and model orchestration Familiarity with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to enable dynamic AI behavior Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases such as pgvector or Pinecone Daily usage of AI dev tools like Cursor, Bolt.new, GitHub Copilot, or Codeium Ability to implement AI-powered UIs like chat assistants, summarizers, and content generators Bonus: Experience using AI tools for log analysis, test case generation, or observability

    Testing & QA

    Strong experience in testing across the stack:

    Jest, Mocha, Supertest for backend React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright for frontend Familiarity with tools like Postman, Newman, or API test automation Understanding of writing maintainable, regression-proof code with CI-integrated testing workflows

    We would be interested to know about

    Experience working on healthcare-related platforms i.e. familiarity with compliance requirements for HIPAA, GDPR and standard data protection regulations. Awareness of healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR, ICD, LOINC etc. Experience building for low-bandwidth environments or mobile-first markets Contributions to open-source projects or communities around full stack development
